We give all tables a 2-hour dining time, and kindly ask for the table to be returned to accommodate guests joining us later.
All bookings of up to 7 guests have the option of dining from the à la carte menu, or on the MOC Set Menu. Decision may be made on arrival. Walk-in guests and casual visits are always welcome (subject to availability).
Reservations are taken online for groups of up to 10 guests. For larger parties, please email us at reservations@ministryofcrab.com.au.
Reservations of 8 guests or more are required to dine on our MOC Set Menu and have a dining time of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
For all reservations, we require credit card details to confirm your reservation. Please note that you will not be charged upon booking, it is just for a guarantee.
Dietary restrictions may be accommodated with sufficient notice (min. 24 hours where applicable). Please note that no precautions we take can ensure that every item sourced from our purveyors and distributors has been handled with the same care as our team. Due to this, we cannot accommodate guests with severe allergies where cross contamination may trigger a serious reaction.
Amex credit card transactions incur a 2.5% fee. All other credit cards incur a 0.95% fee. A 10% surcharge applies on Sunday and a 15% surcharge applies on all public holidays. A discretionary service charge of 10% applies to groups of ten or more.
No deposit is processed on your card, and details are held as security. Should you reduce your guest numbers or cancel your booking, we require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice for reservations of 1-7 guests, and a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for bookings of 8 or more guests to avoid a cancellation fee of $70 per person.
Tables will be held for 30 minutes after your booking time. In the event that you are later than 30 minutes or you do not arrive to your booking, the cancellation fee of $70 per person will apply to your entire party.
